Terms & Conditions of Hire

 

 

Your set-up arrival time is 1 hour before your party starts. Please ensure that the party ends promptly at the give time.

Once the above times have been reached it will be your responsibility to please ask your guests to depart from the venue at the times specified. If the times agreed to are not kept too, you will be asked to leave and a penalty fee of R500.00 may be imposed.

Please understand this is put in place only to make sure the venue is ready for the next function as I am sure you would agree that if it were your party you would like everything ready and clean by the time your children's friends and guests arrive.

 

• Bookings will only be confirmed after receipt of the deposit / proof of payment.

• We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on the venue hire.

• When you are hiring our venue please be assured you will have

•  exclusive access to the venue for your party only. Esperanza Party Venue will never have two different parties on at the same time at the venue. Your hiring morning or afternoon is for your exclusive use only.

• It is the responsibility of the person hiring the venue to make us aware of any external entertainers like ice cream vendors, food providers, magicians, face painters etc. 

• Payments made are not refundable, but the party may be moved to another date.

• No refunds will take place in the event of unforeseen circumstances during which the equipment could not be used e.g. Bad weather / rain, power cuts, load shedding or cancellations.

• Parking is available inside the premises.

• Any and all breakage / damage to equipment, goods or the property of Esperanza Party Venue, Plot 588, Mooiplaats,  will be charged to you, the client.

• Parties will not be set up without receiving the full payment.

• Please be advised: If you cancel the party 2 weeks before the date of the party, you will be held responsible for the full payment of the party.

• Viewing of the venue is by appointment only.

• Esperanza Party Venue's owners, management or staff will not and cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft, injury, death, be it accidental, rough-play or through any means what so ever.

• The onus is upon the adults in attendance of the party to keep a view over the children in their care during the duration of the party. The onus is upon the adult holding the party to bring to the attention of the other parents /attendees and make them aware of these terms and conditions.

• Please do not leave any children who are waiting to be collected unaccompanied by an adult.

• All facilities are used at your own risk.

• Right of admission is reserved.

• Prices as well as terms and conditions may change from time-to-time without notice.
