The venue is exclusively yours for your party.

 

Times: Morning: 9h30-12h30.

Afternoon: 14h00-17h00. 

Evening functions: 18h00-23h30

 

 

Esperanza has four venues to choose from:

Our Venue hire for children's parties:

Big barn venue: Kindly ask us for a quote

Venue in the stables: R1100 for up to 15 children and 20 adults.

Under the trees: R1100 for up to 15 children and 20 adults

In the Bush: R900 for up to 15 children and 20 adults

More than 15 kids is R70 extra per child.

More than 20 adults is R70 extra per adult.

 

All Venues Includes:

​​* Braai facilities at the big barn venue, stables venue and under the trees. No braai facilities in the bush.

* Tables & Chairs For Children

* Tables & Chairs For Adults

You are very welcome to do self-catering, decorations, cake, party packs or bring and braai.

 

Extras (optional): catering by Esperanza, decor, flowers, activities, DJ, music, lights, photographer, videographer. 

Cutlery, crockery.

Cake, cupcakes, doughnuts etc.

Coffee station: Urn, coffee, tea, cups, sugar (brown and white), milk, teaspoons. R30 per person.

Braai facilities: We have braai facilities if you want

to have a braai. Bring your own food and charcoal.

 

You are welcome to:  do your own catering, bring your

own food, party packs, cake, do your own decorations.
