R1100 includes: Venue, tables and chairs for children and adults and braai facilities.
20 Adults and 15 children. More than 15 children is R35 extra per child. More than 20 adults is R30 extra per adult.

You are welcome to have a braai or bring your own food, drinks, cake, party packs, picnic baskets.

Extra optional activities: 
Pony/horse rides: R800 for 15 children for an hour.
Horse shoe painting: R80 per child
Grooming the horse: R800 for 15 kids
Making snacks for the horses: R80 per child
Learn to throw a cowboy lasso: R800 for 15 kids
